As a key member of application software group, you will be responsible for designing and developing security features in next-generation firewalls. You will work with product management on user requirement, apply your knowledge to functional design, utilize your programming skills for efficient and robust implementation, and interact with quality assurance and field support teams throughout the entire software development cycle. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proficient in C and familiar with Unix/Linux development environment
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and PKI infrastructure
  • Strong system programmer with good understanding of OS scheduling, memory management, IPC, and socket APIs
  • Experience with LDAP, Kerberos or SAML is a plus
  • Experience with windows development is a plus
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, that will also take initiative
  • Adaptive in a dynamic working environment, very comfortable learning new technologies, tools and platforms QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional groups
  • Strong skills in large-scale software design and development
  • Experience with multi-core/multi-thread programming preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience desired
