Software Engineer II

Curana Health is hiring strong Software Engineers who are passionate about building intelligent AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery, streamline operations, and reduce administrative burden. As a member of the technical staff, you will help build the next generation of clinical and operational tools-working at the intersection of large language models, machine learning, software engineering, and data engineering. This role is 100% remote.

In This Role, You Will

• Work with a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements in all development activities.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Bring 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Are highly proficient in Python and have strong data engineering skills.
• Have hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with clear communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
