Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.¿Es este el puesto que está buscando?Si es así, siga leyendo para obtener más detalles y no olvide enviar su solicitud hoy mismo.The Technical Lead is responsible for ensuring the technical progress of the project, advising all technical roles involved, and ensuring the development team meets client and company expectations regarding technical quality and project profitability.The role includes identifying potential gaps, serving as a technical reference, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.Main responsibilitiesProjectsSupport the commercial and functional teams on assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Support the PM/DM in technical leadership of the project, providing in-depth technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project’s functional requirements.Detect and report risks related to the technical management of project/client profitability.Ensure the smooth progress of the project in terms of Scope, Timeline, and Costs, alerting and anticipating any potential deviations to the PM/DM.Ensure the achievement of the project’s technical objectives.Ensure compliance with the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.Supervise the development team’s effort estimates and provide support during the testing phase of a project.Ensure the final delivery of the technical documentation for a project.SolutionsProvide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects.Collaborate with the PM/DM on project demos for the client.Identify potential opportunities for Up & Cross Selling from a technical perspective.Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.Work collaboratively with technology providers when the project requires it.Evaluate and recommend products and systems that contribute to technological innovation.Team and TrainingCollaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.Provide thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other team members to develop their technical skills.Advising the technical team to improve their capabilities.SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.Experience in HTML and CSS development.Salesforce certifications are an asset.High level of English.What do We offerPermanent contract.Flexible schedule - balance your professional and personal life.Trainings & certifications - improve your skills and obtain official certificates from our main partners.Home office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, meal voucher, etc.).Health insurance.xqbhyrxOmega in action - our commitment to a better society.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript. Experience in HTML and CSS development. Salesforce certifications are an asset. High level of English.
