Experteer Overview In this role, you help clients maximize their Workday Absence and Time Tracking capabilities as part of a broader Workday transformation.You will work with cross-functional teams across a global network to deliver cloud-based HR solutions, shaping how organizations manage absence, time, and workforce data.You’ll lead workshops, drive workstreams, and contribute to innovative methods and assets that accelerate value realization.This is a growth-focused, client-facing role at a leading technology services provider with extensive training and career development.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Advise clients on Absence and Time Tracking best practices and design functional solutions * Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in daily work * Host workshops and lead discussions on Absence Management and Time Tracking topics * Independently lead your workstream and report progress * Collaborate with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to deliver robust solutions * Contribute to innovation by creating new assets and methods Responsabilidades * Experience implementing Workday HCM/Absence/Time or similar platforms (UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos) * Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions * Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align stakeholders with client requirements * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Strong HR background with Workday Time Tracking experience (as consultant or client) * Experience in other Workday modules in addition to Time Tracking and Absence * Up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications Requisitos principales * Flexible working hours * Work from home options * Extensive education programs * Career development opportunities * Volunteering opportunities * Diverse and socially active workforce
