NET Technical Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications to meet business needs and technical requirements. You will work with users, IT, vendors, and customers to define current and future needs, ensure high-quality code and thorough testing, and translate requirements into workable solutions. You will mentor junior developers and promote best practices to improve the codebase. This position offers an opportunity to influence the technical direction of financial services projects and collaborate across a cross-functional team. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop and maintain .NET applications based on requirements * Analyze business needs and define software solutions * Resolve customer issues with software solutions and propose improvements * Interact with business users, IT, vendors and customers to define requirements * Ensure high-quality code and thorough unit testing * Translate business requirements into technical specifications * Improve existing codebase design and quality * Mentor junior developers and promote best practices Tasks * 8-10 years relevant experience in the Microsoft .NET stack * Application development and maintenance experience on .NET-based applications and websites * Experience in ASP.NET, MVC 3 or higher, JQuery, C#, ASP.Net, Web Services * Strong knowledge of SQL Server * Experience in the financial services industry (desirable) * Strong understanding of design patterns and web frameworks * Excellent written and communication skills * Desirable tools knowledge: Splunk, TFS/SCCM, Visual Studio, GitLab, TeamCity, RedGate, Octopus Deploy, OpenDeploy, NUnit, XUnit, SpecFlow or Mspec, Mocha, Jasmine or QUnit Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package starts from first day
