Full Stack Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, bridging frontend interfaces with robust backend services. You will work on SPA architectures using Angular (and ReactJS by implication), and backend APIs with Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborating with UI/UX, product, and QA teams, you help translate requirements into deliverable features that drive the product forward. Compensation / Benefits * Lead frontend development of dynamic SPAs using Angular/ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 with a focus on performance and accessibility. * Architect and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot, microservices) and/or Python (FastAPI/Flask) with emphasis on scalability and security. * Design and optimize database schemas for relational and non-relational stores, focusing on performance and data integrity. * Integrate client-side apps with distributed backend systems and third-party APIs; manage API gateways and communication protocols. * Champion code quality and testing across all layers, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices. * Contribute to CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments; monitor and troubleshoot in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Collaborate with UI/UX, product managers, and QA to translate requirements into production-ready features. Tasks * Angular proficiency at expert level (preferably v12+) with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. * Strong frontend fundamentals and responsive design experience; state management with NgRx/RxJS. * Java track: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful API development. * Python track: FastAPI or Flask for API/service development; strong Python skills. * Solid OOP/Functional programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. * Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) with schema design and performance tuning; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus. * Distributed systems knowledge (microservices, Redis/Memcached, Kafka/RabbitMQ). * Git version control; experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Minimum 3+ years of full-stack enterprise experience; degree in CS/SE or related field preferred.
