Job description
We are looking for an Informatica Production Support Engineer with strong experience in ETL support, Informatica workflows, and production issue resolution. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting data pipelines, troubleshooting ETL failures, and ensuring stable data operations in a production environment., Provide production support for Informatica ETL workflows Monitor and troubleshoot data integration jobs and batch processes Investigate and resolve production incidents and data issues Work with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes Ensure data quality, reliability, and system stability Support reporting tools such as MicroStrategy Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures Preferred Experience supporting enterprise data platforms Exposure to financial services environments Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting
Requirements
Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter Hands-on experience in ETL development and production support Experience troubleshooting ETL job failures, workflow issues, and data discrepancies Good knowledge of Java Experience with MicroStrategy Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and resolve production incidents Experience working with data pipelines, batch jobs, and scheduling tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills
