Full Stack Engineer

You’ll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech., * Build and own the core product interface - document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows

• Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front-end in a reliable, low-latency way
• Own the data layer - schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment
• Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast
• Strong opinions on what AI-native UX should look like

• Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products end-to-end
• Product-minded - you think about the user experience, not just the implementation
• Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) - you don’t need to build the models but you know how to build around them
• Ability to move fast without creating a mess you’ll regret in six months
• Curiosity about hard, document-heavy domains with high accuracy requirements
• Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important, Work with a lean team with deep experience in Pharma, AI, and building from 0 to 1. You will have a high level of ownership from day one and shape both the product and the business.
