IT Project Manager - Generative AIPharmaceutical IndustryWe’re supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation as they continue to expand their AI transformation programme and are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Generative AI initiatives.You’ll play a key role in implementing enterprise AI solutions, scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot, and delivering multiple AI use cases that will transform the way the business operates.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI projects.Manage the rollout and scale-up of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Deliver a portfolio of AI use cases across the *** roadmap.Coordinate Business, IT, AI Engineering, Data Science and third-party delivery teams.Manage project plans, budgets, risks and governance.Drive stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership.Support user adoption through training, documentation and change activities.Ensure successful delivery using Agile and Hybrid project methodologies.Required Experience7+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager delivering enterprise technology programmes.Proven experience leading AI or Generative AI initiatives.Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI or Azure OpenAI is highly desirable.Strong understanding of AI solution delivery from requirements gathering through to implementation and business adoption.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is preferred.Experience managing cross-functional and international project teams.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and play a leading role in delivering innovative AI capabilities that will have a significant impact across the organisation.#J-***-Ljbffr
