Technical Program Manager, Maneuver Dominance

Experteer Overview As a Technical Program Manager on the Maneuver Dominance team, you drive cross-functional programs that deliver airborne perception, autonomy, and C2 capabilities. You’ll own governance artifacts, schedules, and requirements, coordinating hardware, software, and systems engineers to meet customer expectations. You’ll partner with external air vehicle partners to align engineering efforts and accelerate delivery on helicopter platforms. This role puts you at the center of mission-focused integration, risk management, and program execution in a highly regulated, defense context. Compensation / Benefits * Organize and manage program governance artifacts (Jira, schedule, PMP, system requirements, ICDs) * Lead cross-functional hardware/software/systems teams to deliver capabilities * Drive engineering alignment with external air vehicle partners * Own lifecycle of technical initiatives from requirements to deployment on helicopter platforms * Partner with engineering leaders to unblock challenges and accelerate projects * Assess dependencies, trade-offs, and risks in airborne sensor integration and data fusion * Identify technical and operational risks and develop mitigation plans * Foster extreme ownership and action-oriented culture within the program team Tasks * B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * 5+ years in engineering, systems integration, or technical program management * Experience executing PM or engineering responsibilities for hardware/software systems * Strong understanding of systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification/validation in aerospace/defense * Proven track record delivering complex solutions in regulated environments (DoD) * Ability to inspire, build consensus, and influence without authority * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance Key requirements * equity grants * comprehensive benefits package * health coverage and recovery support * supportive benefits program * competitive compensation * top-tier benefits package
