Job description

Experteer Overview In this ICAM Engineer role, you apply identity and access management expertise to secure government environments and support zero-trust initiatives. You will work on large-scale IAM projects, analyzing the identity lifecycle and defining enterprise identity records to ensure proper user access. You’ll design, deploy, and operate systems for credential management and access controls, from SSO to privileged access. You contribute to a mission-driven firm that values secure, scalable identity solutions and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Support large-scale IAM projects for government clients * Analyze the identity lifecycle and articulate access requirements * Define enterprise identity records and design/implement IAM systems * Implement enterprise-class access controls, including SSO and privileged access management * Verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for critical assets Tasks * 3+ years with ICAM, security operations, or identity governance * 3+ years with administration of directory services (Active Directory or LDAP) * 3+ years in cybersecurity administration, including identity lifecycle management * Experience with MFA solutions (Okta, Duo, Auth0) and PAM (CyberArk or Delinea) * Experience supporting IAM in cloud environments (Azure or AWS) * Knowledge of PKI and PIV standards and identity security best practices * Knowledge of identity-focused cybersecurity principles and controls * Ability to analyze technical documentation and apply security findings * Secret clearance * HS diploma or GED Key requirements * health benefits * life insurance * disability benefits * retirement benefits * paid leave * tuition assistance
