The Network Engineer Lead oversees network design, strategy, implementation, and operations. This role designs and maintains network infrastructure using Cisco Nexus platforms, administers complex LAN and WAN technologies, documents network changes, maintains network diagrams, and resolves connectivity issues in a timely manner. Requirements
At least five years of networking experience;seven or more years of direct experience in networking systems, network operations, or enterprise networking is preferred. Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls, including Palo Alto and Cisco technologies. Intermediate knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Intermediate knowledge of software-defined wide area networking. Experience leading at least four large-scale projects. Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree. CCNP or a similar certification is preferred. Skill Network design and infrastructure strategy Cisco Nexus, Cisco routing and switching, and Palo Alto firewalls LAN and WAN administration Cloud networking with Azure or AWS Software-defined wide area networking Network monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and documentation Enterprise network operations and project leadership Summary Qualification Experienced network engineering leader with expertise in enterprise infrastructure and operations. Proven ability to design, implement, secure, and maintain complex networks. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical leadership skills. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale networking projects.
