Experteer Overview As a Business Intelligence Analyst at FLANDERS, you will translate data into clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to shape reporting and data models that align with business goals. You will drive process improvements through data-driven recommendations and collaborate with IT to deliver reliable analytics across ERP and data sources. This role offers hands-on work with enterprise systems and modern BI tools to impact operations and performance. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders * Translate needs into data models, reporting solutions, and specifications * Lead workshops to define scope and drive alignment * Develop data-driven insights to support decisions and process improvements * Identify gaps in processes and propose optimization or automation * Create and maintain BI reports from ERP and other data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Access, Excel) * Validate reports, ensure data integrity, and support UAT * Document data definitions, logic, and assumptions for transparency * Interpret trends in complex data and present to diverse audiences * Act as liaison between business units and IT for successful implementation * Provide knowledge sharing and cross-training to teammates Tasks * Bachelor in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 3-5+ years of BI, data analysis, or reporting experience * Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query preferred) * SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations) * Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools * Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Infor SyteLine * Experience with SSRS or similar reporting platforms * Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Key requirements *
