Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders * Translate needs into data models, reporting solutions, and specifications * Lead workshops to define scope and drive alignment * Develop data-driven insights to support decisions and process improvements * Identify gaps in processes and propose optimization or automation * Create and maintain BI reports from ERP and other data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Access, Excel) * Validate reports, ensure data integrity, and support UAT * Document data definitions, logic, and assumptions for transparency * Interpret trends in complex data and present to diverse audiences * Act as liaison between business units and IT for successful implementation * Provide knowledge sharing and cross-training to teammates Tasks * Bachelor in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 3-5+ years of BI, data analysis, or reporting experience * Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query preferred) * SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations) * Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools * Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Infor SyteLine * Experience with SSRS or similar reporting platforms * Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Key requirements *
