Job description

Join us as a Founding Software Engineer to build an AI-native product where AI agents don’t just answer questions - they take actions. This is not a fully remote role. You’re expected to work at least 4 days/week in the office. This role is not suitable if you’ve been working mainly on freelancing projects or consulting. We’re looking for people who have built and shipped inside a product organization, owning systems over time and living with the consequences (performance, reliability, maintenance, iteration, on-call realities). We also care a lot about problem solving and CS fundamentals. We want engineers who can reason clearly, break down hard problems, and build robust systems - not just wire together tools.Salary: €45k-€65k + equityWhat we do? Our customers are Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.Their work is deeply operational: collecting customer proof, creating credible assets, keeping sales enabled with the right references, and moving revenue forward.Today that reality is messy: spread across call recordings, CRM notes, docs, decks, Slack threads, and “can you find that quote?” requests.???? We’re building a workflow where AI agents power the work:generate drafts for case studies, quotes, testimonials, and sales enablement assets (with traceable evidence)surface the right proof for a deal at the moment of doubt inside Slack/Teamskeep a living “proof library” that stays fresh without manual chasingrun lightweight consent + approvals so publishing is safe and scalable? We’re VC-backed, founded by two ex-Spotify engineers, and we’re building with customers every week. What you’ll doBuild product features end-to-end: take a real customer problem, shape a solution with the team, ship it, improve it based on usageBuild reliable backend services and workflows that power AI-agent capabilitiesBuild great product surfaces across the web app and Slack/Teams experiencesBuild and maintain data integrations with different data sources and platformsDesign and manage the evolution of flexible data models and database infrastructure to handle different types of data sources and data points, optimizing for fast reads/writesOwn quality: testing, monitoring, observability, and incident response habits as we scaleImprove our delivery pipeline: CI/CD, deployments, and infrastructure hygieneWhat we’re looking for (Must-haves)Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field4+ years experience shipping production software in a product teamStrong problem solving skills and solid computer science fundamentalsExperience working with TypeScript/React/Next.Js/NodeJS/Python or similar technologiesPractical infrastructure experience: CI/CD, deployments, monitoring/observabilityAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAdditional RequirementsExperience shipping products with LLM/AI componentsAbility to work across the stack and pick up new tools/technologiesExperience building integrations with third-party tools and APIsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhy you definitely want to work with us? High ownership: small team, real impact, fast shipping cadence.? You’ll build a genuinely new product experience that is AI-native and powered by AI agents.? You will work hard, but we will celebrate the small and big wins together.? We will organize company offsites a few times a year to work and play together.? And of course, you will get a competitive salary, significant equity ownership and professional development opportunities!
