Cloud Solutions Architect for AI/ERP & API Integrations

The IT Solutions team is the operational backbone that keeps our business systems connected and running. It builds and maintains the automation flows and integrations that link our tools, platforms, and subsidiary companies across Spain. It’s an environment where technical precision meets real business impact - and where the right person can leave a visible mark on how the whole organisation works. This role exists to own our automation and integration layer. It is a role of technical depth, autonomy, and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Automation & integrations

• Design, develop and maintain automation flows using Make, n8n and similar tools, ensuring reliability and scalability in production environments.
• Integrate business applications and services (CRM, ERP, APIs) to streamline and optimise processes across the organisation.

• Manage and exploit data in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support operational and analytical needs. Collaboration & documentation

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain and evolve existing workflows, acting as the technical reference for automation tooling.
• Document architectures, flows and technical procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

• Provide internal support and training to team members on the tools and integrations you implement. AI & continuous improvement

• Incorporate AI-based APIs (Claude, OpenAI and others) into automation workflows where they generate real value.
• Stay current on emerging tools and propose adoption when it improves efficiency or process quality.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on - someone who has built real flows in production, not just designed them on paper. Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Background: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent. Demonstrated experience is prioritised over academic credentials.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in process automation and systems integration.
• Must-have technical skills: Make (Integromat) and n8n at expert level; REST APIs and Webhooks at expert level; HubSpot integrations.
• Valued technical skills: Python, JavaScript/Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Boomi, AI/LLM prompting, Claude/OpenAI APIs, AWS/Azure/GCP basics.

• Languages: Spanish (native/C2, required) - English B2 or above (highly valued). Certifications that will stand out:

• Official Make or n8n certification
• HubSpot CRM Certification
• Cloud certification (AWS / Azure / GCP, basic or intermediate level)
• Accredited AI or prompting courses A portfolio with examples of flows you’ve built is a strong plus - we want to see your work.
