About the Role Imagine this you turn complex operational reality into clear, powerful narratives that drive decisions.As a Data Reporting & AI Specialist at Destinus, you bridge the gap between the shop floor and leadership, translating data and cross functional updates into insights that enable confident action.You own how operations are communicated across the business, from weekly reviews to leadership presentations, bringing together inputs from Production, Supply Chain, and Quality into sharp, structured, and visually compelling materials.At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness.Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority.Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end production of recurring operational reviews, gathering cross-functional inputs, synthesising performance data, and delivering executive-ready materials on a consistent cadence.Develop strategic presentations for leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, board updates, and cross-departmental alignment sessions.Translate complex operational data from Power BI dashboards and other sources into clear, visual narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.Work closely with plant managers, department heads, and programme leads across five European sites to collect, verify, and contextualise operational updates.Establish and maintain communication standards, templates, and visual guidelines that ensure consistency and professionalism across all operational outputs.Proactively identify the story behind the data - surfacing insights, flagging deviations, and framing information in a way that drives decision-making.Use AI and automation tools to streamline PowerPoint creation, transforming raw operational data into clear, visually compelling content while automating related processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the operations team Requirements What You’ll Need Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field.Portfolio of your work would be required.Experience in an operational or manufacturing environment - aerospace or other regulated industries is a strong plus.Exceptional presentation and visual communication skills - you can take complex, data-heavy content and make it clear, compelling, and executive-ready.Strong data literacy - comfortable interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics and translating them into meaningful narratives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and depth for audiences ranging from shop floor teams to C-level leadership.Highly organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables alongside ad hoc requests.Comfortable working across multiple sites and engaging with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate information.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is preferred.Who You Are You understand that great communication is not about making things look pretty - it’s about making the right information impossible to miss.You see a dense, text-heavy slide and instinctively know how to restructure it so the key message lands in seconds.You notice when a chart contradicts the narrative beside it, and you fix it before anyone else sees it.You are structured, reliable, and quietly relentless about quality.You know that clear communication builds trust across an organisation, and you take pride in being the reason leadership walks into a meeting already aligned on what matters.Above all, you believe that if the right people see the right information in the right way, better decisions follow.That belief drives everything you produce.
