Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Manhattan MAWM-based solutions to clients, driving multi-functional transformation in supply chain. You partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable WMS/MAWM implementations. You’ll steer workshops, data mapping, and integration strategies, ensuring robust testing and risk mitigation. This is a chance to shape large-scale logistics solutions with a global, innovative firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design workshops for Manhattan MAWM (WMS) and translate requirements into functional and technical designs * Direction of end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across multiple tech stacks * Develop point-of-view on solution options to drive key design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM and define data mapping needs * Drive technology integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and Transportation Management * Develop custom design specs and gap solutions in product configurations * Develop testing strategy and test scenarios; perform quality checks on results * Identify and mitigate project risks from a technology perspective; advise on process optimization and automation * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution Tasks * Minimum 3 years architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years of technology experience in Supply Chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (12 years work) or Associate’s with 6 years experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
