Senior Manager, IT Delivery

Experteer Overview You lead a diverse team of AI engineers and enablement staff to design, deploy, and monitor agentic and generative AI solutions across Vanguard. You drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI platforms and govern vendor selections, shaping a forward-looking AI strategy. You champion responsible AI-governance, observability, auditability, and risk management-to scale capabilities safely and compliantly. You work with stakeholders to build AI fluency and deliver measurable, governance-aligned outcomes. This role offers a chance to influence how AI accelerates client outcomes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Hire, evaluate, and supervise AI/ML engineers, agentic AI developers, and enablement staff * Support skill-building through hands-on experimentation and knowledge sharing * Lead enterprise rollout and adoption of agentic and generative AI platforms * Govern vendor product evaluation and governance, including safe sandbox testing * Define use cases with business clients and develop environmental and technical requirements * Develop staffing plans for the agentic AI team and manage a global workforce * Monitor platform adoption metrics, model/agent performance, and program effectiveness * Develop and implement AI governance policies, including model risk management and ethical AI * Lead risk, quality, and compliance initiatives and coordinate with risk, legal, and compliance partners * Present adoption status and governance metrics to leadership and governance boards * Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaborative, responsible AI outcomes * Contribute to department budgeting for AI investments, tooling, and staffing * Balance innovation with enterprise risk in strategy for build, buy, or integrate decisions * Ensure staff and AI solutions comply with IT, security, and data privacy policies * Participate in special projects like AI sandboxes and vendor onboarding * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * Ten years of related work experience * At least five years in project/program management with AI/ML/generative/agentic experience * Undergraduate degree or equivalent (Graduate degree preferred) * Familiarity with AI platforms, AWS, agentic AI architectures, and governance frameworks (risk management, observability, auditability) in regulated environments * Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities Key requirements * hybrid working model * focus on professional development * collaborative culture * mission-driven environment
