End User Computing Solution Architect

Experteer Overview As an EUC Solutions Architect, you design and implement scalable, secure digital workplace solutions. You will translate customer needs into robust architectures covering desktop virtualization, app delivery, and unified endpoint management. You’ll guide client engineering strategies and lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle. The role centers on solving complex EUC challenges, driving secure, user-friendly experiences, and shaping modernization across customer environments. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and architecture of EUC solutions (VDI, app delivery, UEM) for customer requirements * Develop and implement client engineering strategies to optimize performance, security, and manageability of end-user devices * Drive digital workplace innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies * Collaborate with customers as trusted advisor to translate business challenges into effective solutions * Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship across pre-sales, implementation and support * Contribute to solutioning for service desk, onsite support, end-user computing (packaging, delivery, patch management, modern device management) and collaboration services * Design and implement solutions in VDI (VMware Horizon, Citrix), DaaS, UEM (Intune, Workspace ONE), and modern OS management (Windows, macOS) * Tackle complex technical issues ensuring resilient, secure solutions aligned with best practices * Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrate ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver user-centric outcomes * Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to architect for intricate environments Tasks * 10+ years of relevant experience * Minimum of 5 years in architecture or 10 years in engineering roles related to digital workplace with client engagements * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or MIS * Advanced Degree (optional) such as MBA with tech focus * Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft MD-102, AZ-140, MS-102, AZ-305, PL-600; VMware; Citrix; Nexthink) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in EUC context * Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell) * Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles in the digital workplace Key requirements *
