Job description

A growing healthcare services organization is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology strategy, software development, and AI initiatives. This is a build-and-own leadership role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology while remaining actively involved in architecture and development., Technology Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap
  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Make architectural and technology platform decisions
  • Build and grow the engineering organization Software Development

  • Own existing internal and client-facing software applications
  • Design and build new business applications
  • Improve existing codebases and system performance
  • Develop integrations with third-party platforms and APIs AI & Automation

  • Lead implementation of AI-powered business automation
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes
  • Develop intelligent document processing and workflow automation
  • Implement scalable AI solutions that improve operational efficiency Infrastructure & Security

  • Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained

Requirements

The ideal candidate has current hands-on full-stack development experience, strong expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks, and proven experience implementing AI-driven automation solutions in production environments. Healthcare technology experience is strongly preferred., * 7+ years of hands-on software development experience

  • Experience leading technology strategy while remaining technically involved
  • Strong C# / ASP.NET Core development experience
  • Experience with React, Next.js, Angular, and/or TypeScript
  • Advanced SQL Server and relational database experience
  • Microsoft Azure cloud experience
  • Experience designing and deploying AI / LLM automation solutions
  • Experience modernizing existing applications and software platforms
  • Strong API integration experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Healthcare or HIPAA experience preferred
  • Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms preferred
  • DevOps / CI/CD experience preferred
  • Experience building internal operational platforms preferred
  • Experience leading technical teams in growing organizations preferred
