SAP Platform Security Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you help protect SAP systems and data by shaping and delivering security solutions for ERP/SAP landscapes. You will work within Accenture’s Platform Security practice to design, implement, and govern SAP application security, GRC, and vulnerability management to meet client security requirements. You’ll lead parts of engagements, foster client relationships, and contribute to security strategy and compliance. This is a consulting position that combines technical depth with advisory impact in a global, diverse team. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee configuration of SAP S/4 application security, GRC, and vulnerability management to meet client needs * Lead engagement or workstream planning and ensure deliverables align with contract objectives * Step into lead roles for components of engagements or workstreams * Foster strong client relationships and guide both client and engagement teams * Plan engagements, align deliverables, and verify contract/work plan objectives * Demonstrate industry or niche technical expertise (e.g., oil and gas, SAP GRC) * Independently complete complex SAP S/4 security tasks (e.g., S/4HANA upgrade) and contribute to high-quality deliverables * Identify opportunities to sell additional security-related work * Communicate expectations, provide direction, and present deliverables to clients and teams * Display knowledge of information security principles and SAP security implementation methodologies Tasks * Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP S/4 environments and/or SAP cloud environments * Minimum 5 years’ experience creating technical documentation * Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP S/4Hana, BTP security, Fiori & Hana DB and/or SAP SaaS applications security * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years’ work experience); Associate’s degree requires 6 years’ work experience * Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on business need * Strong understanding of SAP security, GRC, and vulnerability management principles Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
