Job description

Experteer Overview As ERP Systems Manager, you will be the functional owner of Workday Financials, partnering with Finance to design, configure, and optimize the platform for Blink Health’s financial operations. You’ll drive enhancements, ensure stability, and lead continuous improvement across core finance processes. This role balances hands-on configuration with cross-functional collaboration to scale automation and data-driven decision making. You will help enable financial visibility, controls, and compliant operations in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the functional lead for Workday Financials across the organization * Partner with Finance to support day-to-day operations and evolving business needs * Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Workday Financials enhancements * Own Workday security, roles, and controls to support compliance and audit requirements * Develop and maintain Workday reports and analytics for close activities and decision-making * Coordinate financial integrations with downstream/upstream systems, collaborating with engineers or vendors * Lead biannual Workday release activities, including impact analysis and testing coordination * Provide Tier 2/3 production support and drive process improvements * Drive automation and adoption of new Workday features and capabilities * Mentor teammates and contribute to team maturity and technical excellence Tasks * Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in production * Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and functional design expertise * Experience partnering with Finance and Accounting for requirements and solution delivery * Deep expertise in core Workday domains (Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Quote-to-Cash, Expenses) * Strong Workday security and Business Process Frameworks knowledge * Working knowledge of Workday Payroll and/or Adaptive Planning a plus * Strong reporting expertise (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports; Calculated Fields) * Experience with financial integrations using EIBs and Core Connectors; Studio or API exposure a plus * Familiarity with Workday release cycles, testing coordination, change management * Analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and excellent cross-functional communication * Self-motivated, proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Key requirements *
