Experteer Overview As Lead Product Software Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable, mission-critical software that powers an AI-driven tax advisory ecosystem. You will own end-to-end components, collaborating with product stakeholders to set technical direction for an Agile team. You’ll mentor engineers, contribute hands-on coding and design leadership, and shape cloud-based, multi-tier SaaS solutions that automate complex compliance tasks. This role blends innovation with real-world impact in high-stakes tax and accounting workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Define framework, technology, and best practices for the Agile team * Lead a cross-functional Agile team (Frontend, UX/UI, QA, BI) to build a 24/7 cloud-based app * Own full stack design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of key components * Develop scalable SaaS applications with web, plugin, and mobile clients * Mentor engineers and provide technical direction and hands-on coding * Select and implement development tools and standards across the team * Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals * Work with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS) and ensure performance and localization requirements Tasks * 8+ years in frontend technologies (ReactJS, Angular, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript) with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role * 5+ years building high-traffic, public-facing web apps * 3+ years building SPA using ReactJS, AngularJS/Angular2+ or similar * 3+ years developing cloud-native SaaS apps with Azure SQL as primary data store * Hands-on experience with agentic AI agents for design/coding/refactoring * Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) / OOD and SOLID principles * Experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS, multi-region architectures * TDD/BDD mindset and Agile (SAFe) experience in delivering on time * Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to guide peers and teams * Experience with GitHub, CI/CD integration and code reviews * Experience with responsive/adaptive design * Tax and accounting domain experience is a plus Key requirements * Medical, Dental, & Vision plans * 401(k) * FSA/HSA * Tuition Assistance Plan * Vacation and Sick Time * Paid Parental Leave
