Lead Application/Infrastructure IT

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the modernization and delivery of IT communications services across the organization, aligning with North Memorial Health’s mission to connect caregivers and patients. You will manage a portfolio of telecom and UC services, drive incident and change processes, and partner with project managers to execute IT initiatives. You will foster teamwork and a culture of trust while guiding the team to proactive, high-quality service delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee and maintain the IT Service Portfolio and SLEs; manage incident/problem/request/change/release workflows per IT scorecard * Lead daily operations for incidents, problems, and standard/nonstandard requests in real time * Collaborate with IT Project Managers on project intake, assessment, and delivery of approved projects * Manage lifecycle of services/technologies owned by the team using best-practice frameworks * Foster teamwork, collaboration, trust and engagement within the team * Lead modernization of critical communication platforms (Cisco Call Manager, Vocera, paging, digital fax, contact center, unified communications) and scope IT communications projects Tasks * BA/BS in information technology, healthcare or related field OR at least 7 years of related technology use in business/healthcare * Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare IT experience * Leadership/work direction experience * Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination * Understanding of database structure and reporting techniques/tools * Strong critical thinking, accountability, problem solving, organizational teamwork and customer service * Leadership ability to make decisions, motivate others, and adapt to change Key requirements * Health insurance plans * 401k retirement match or pension * Generous PTO * Adoption reimbursement * Child care discount program * Tuition/education reimbursement
