BPM Technical Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deliver scalable Pega applications leveraging the Constellation design system. You will lead integration efforts, optimize performance, and ensure quality through tests and documentation. You’ll collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while mentoring junior developers and upholding Pega best practices. This position offers impact across complex workflows and case management within a product-focused, cross-functional team. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications using Constellation architecture and UI components * Architect and build complex workflows, case life cycles, and decisioning logic to meet business requirements * Lead integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and messaging queues; troubleshoot integration issues * Provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, and enforce Pega best practices * Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs * Analyze and optimize performance using Tracer, PAL, and Log Analyzer; apply performance best practices * Develop and execute unit tests and support SIT/UAT to ensure stability and reliability * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation * Demonstrate Constellation expertise (Views, App Studio development) and extensive integration capabilities * Work with REST/SOAP services, file listeners, and email listeners as part of integration strategy Tasks * Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) * 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience Key requirements *
