Job description
- Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Create and iterate on UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and information architecture.
- Extend and apply the design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, constraints, and implementation strategies.
- Communicate design rationale clearly in design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and workflows, providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience designing responsive web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
