Job description

Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
Create and iterate on UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and information architecture.
Extend and apply the design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, constraints, and implementation strategies.
Communicate design rationale clearly in design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
Participate in agile ceremonies and workflows, providing design assets, specifications, and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of relevant experience designing responsive web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
