MSP - System & Network Engineer II (ON-SITE ROLE)

Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues Plan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Administer Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity security Implement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platforms Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devices Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructure Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems., 3-5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching) Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment Certifications such as: Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365) CompTIA Network+ or Security+ Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred) Soft Skills Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Team player with a proactive mindset
