Experteer Overview In this senior role, you own the systems configuration, platform integration, and commissioning for Flow’s residential and hospitality properties. You’ll work closely with the Sr. IT Field Technician to ensure all technology layers function from cameras to PMS integrations. Your work spans on-site deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous platform support across multi-site properties. You’ll help drive go-lives and ongoing optimization of property technology aligned with Flow’s people-centered mission. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and commission video management and surveillance systems, ensure proper camera inventory, and integrate with access control where applicable * Administer access control, credential lifecycle, intercom/visitor systems, and automate PMS integrations for move-ins/move-outs * Configure and manage enterprise network infrastructure, wireless platform, segmentation, and documentation across multiple properties * Configure and support AV systems, digital signage, and conference room tech, including licensing and content management * Deploy and support property management and guest experience platforms, including staff training and integrations with other systems * Oversee new property deployments: conduct systems diligence, configure platforms, and deliver complete go-live documentation * Maintain and update device enrollment (MDM) and Google Workspace accounts for property staff, plus onboarding support * Maintain thorough system documentation and manage tickets and projects in the IT toolchain Tasks * 6+ years in property technology or multi-site IT roles with a focus on platform configuration and integration * Hands-on experience with enterprise VMS configuration, access control, and cross-system integration * Network configuration experience (VLANs, SSIDs, firewalls) across multiple sites * Experience with intercom/visitor management systems and PMS integrations * AV system configuration and conference room tech setup * Experience administering hospitality/property management platforms and integrations * Google Workspace administration and device management (MDM) * MDM experience across Mac and Windows endpoints * Strong documentation and independent project management across several properties * Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) * CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (preferred) Key requirements * Health and wellness benefits including insurance and mental health resources * PTO and holidays * 401(k) and financial benefits including FSAs and HSAs * Wellness programs and employee discounts * On-site meals and wellness classes * Equal opportunity employer
