Applied ML Director (Technical Team Lead)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the ChipStack SuperAgent Team, guiding a technical, hands-on ML and software group to design, implement, and evaluate AI agents that boost productivity across the semiconductor design lifecycle. You will shape the technical roadmap for agent infrastructure and production-grade AI within Cadence’s EDA ecosystem, while mentoring engineers and driving scalable ML systems. You will partner with product, research, and core engineering to align AI work with overall platform goals. This is a high-impact, player-coach leadership position at the intersection of AI and silicon design.
