Experteer Overview In this role you drive security-focused engineering initiatives across the software development lifecycle, blending project management with Agile leadership and application security expertise. You’ll coordinate security programs across engineering and security teams, ensuring secure delivery, compliance, and scalable processes. Expect to report progress to executives and support AI-enabled security enhancements. You shape secure product delivery within a transformative, cross-functional environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end delivery of security engineering projects aligned with security objectives and business priorities * Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) * Coordinate with Security Engineering, Product Management, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to drive secure product delivery * Oversee application security testing activities, remediation, and security compliance initiatives * Establish governance, reporting structures, KPIs, and executive dashboards * Monitor health via analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decisions * Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management throughout delivery * Ensure security requirements are integrated into Agile development and release planning * Communicate status, risks, milestones, and outcomes to leadership * Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams * Support adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to boost efficiency and security operations Tasks * 8-10 years of experience * DevOps * experience leading security-focused engineering programs * strong Agile delivery leadership * exposure to Application Security Testing * ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders * ability to provide executive-level reporting and dashboards * ability to integrate security requirements into development processes Key requirements * medical and dental benefits * disability insurance * paid time off (including sick leave) * other paid and unpaid leave options
