Job description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Power Platform workflow solutions. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align technical solutions with organizational architecture standards and best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related Power Platform components. Ensure solution performance, security, scalability, and governance compliance. Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and third-party applications. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Power Platform environments. Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within tight project timelines. Create technical documentation and support solution deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. At least 2 years of experience in the US Banking/Financial Services domain. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. Required Skills

Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade workflow automation solutions. Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, security, and best practices. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems. Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and workflow automation. Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with business users and Lines of Business (LOB). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly . Experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 integration is a plus. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform is desirable.
