Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and enhance pricing models for fixed income assets, leveraging AI-driven tooling to scale complex analyses. You will join a fast-paced quant and data science team focused on transparency and standardization in the fixed income market. You’ll work with cross-functional groups to source and validate data, and you’ll explore new AI techniques to extend our proprietary algorithms. The work emphasizes big data, precision, and scalable solutions that impact millions of bonds. Compensation / Benefits * Learn, research, implement and maintain pricing models across fixed income asset classes * Collaborate with product, engineering and evaluation teams to procure, analyze and validate data sources * Investigate ad hoc issues and debug pricing applications * Research and prototype AI-enabled techniques to scale pricing and analytics Tasks * Master’s or higher in a quantitative field * 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience * Hands-on experience with Python, C++, SQL, Shell Scripting, R * Experience using AI & ML techniques to solve complex problems * Understanding of fixed income instruments * Strong communications skills Key requirements * healthcare (medical, dental and vision) * 401(k) plan * life insurance * time off * paid leave for qualifying circumstances
