IT Solutions Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive digital transformation at Webber by translating business needs into technology solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, shape the technology landscape, and contribute hands-on to application development across platforms. You’ll lead solution evaluations, create business cases, and guide projects from concept to delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document business requirements; craft clear business cases and solution proposals * Lead technology solution evaluations and present recommendations to stakeholders * Facilitate alignment and manage solution selection with vendors * Transition approved projects to IT Project Management for execution * Design, develop, and support applications using UiPath, Power Platform, .NET, SQL, Python, and ML * Develop low-code/automation solutions including RPA (UiPath) and Power Platform components * Support ML/AI capabilities deployment within the organization * Lead GIS-based application development using Esri ArcGIS * Perform data modeling and support data warehousing initiatives (e.g., Pyramart) * Provide application/system troubleshooting and ongoing learning of new technologies Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 years of experience with Machine Learning and low-code technologies (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, ArcGIS) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with stakeholders * Self-driven, results-oriented, customer-focused mindset Key requirements * Competitive base salary and bonus potential * Comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) match * Learning and development programs and education reimbursement * Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovation initiatives * Collaborative culture that values teamwork * Work-life balance and wellbeing initiatives
