Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will build and maintain the manufacturing execution foundation to launch, transfer, and scale products. You will coordinate master data, travelers, routings, and data requirements to enable controlled, traceable production across Epicor, MES, and related systems. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure readiness for pilot builds, transfers, and scale-ups. This position offers an impact role shaping data integrity and standardization for manufacturing across the business unit. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain manufacturing execution documentation (Methods of Manufacture, travelers, routers, work instructions) for NPI, changes, and scale-up * Translate drawings, specs, BOMs, and customer requirements into clear shop floor documentation with defined operations and inspection points * Support pilot builds, first article/validation builds, and launch readiness, closing gaps that pose risk * Coordinate part number, BOM, and routing creation/maintenance ensuring master data is complete across Epicor, MES, and related systems * Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and IT to define and enforce master data standards and revision control * Define system requirements and data capture needs to ensure ERP/MES configurations support processes * Support system testing, UAT, validation, training, and integration across Epicor, MES, QMS, and PLM * Serve as cross-functional interface for NPI/BU alignment, documenting readiness and driving standard launch processes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline * 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, NPI, or Production Engineering * Experience creating and maintaining travelers, routers, work instructions, process flows, and Methods of Manufacture * Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, or related systems * Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, item masters, inventory transactions, revision control, and traceability * Experience supporting new product introduction, transfers, or scale-up programs * Ability to independently manage projects and solve cross-functional manufacturing challenges * Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * generous paid time off * 401(k) with company match * equity package * competitive salary range * opportunity to work on scalable additive manufacturing
