Job description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who leans heavily toward the front end and has a strong eye for UX, UI, and product design. You’ll turn rough concepts and customer feedback into polished, intuitive features using React, Next.js and TypeScript.

Requirements

This is not a pure designer or narrowly focused front-end role. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end and contributing to backend services, APIs, databases, and AWS infrastructure as needed., * 3+ years of software-engineering experience

Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript expertise
Ability to design and improve UX flows-not simply implement completed designs
Full-stack experience with Python, FastAPI, APIs, databases and AWS
Comfortable prototyping quickly, working through ambiguity and taking ownership
Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools and coding agents
Experience with AI/LLM applications, early-stage startups, FinTech or workflow-heavy software is a plus.

This hybrid opportunity is open to candidates in Madison or Chicago.
