Manager - SAP Concur

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP Concur implementations within Deloitte’s SAP practice, guiding cross-functional delivery from discovery through go-live. You’ll work with client teams to modernize spend management using SAP-enabled solutions and contribute to broader digital transformation efforts. You’ll manage scope, schedule, and quality, while mentoring others and shaping Deloitte’s Concur offerings. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role with a focus on delivering measurable value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead SAP Concur implementations and major workstreams (Expense, Travel, Invoice, and Request) including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, quality, risk, and delivery management * Facilitate requirements, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops; translate spend management requirements into SAP Concur solutions * Oversee functional design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization * Advise on operating model design, policy alignment, compliance controls, tax considerations, and opportunities to improve spend management processes * Build relationships with client leaders and delivery teams; support communications, training, change adoption, proposals, estimation, and development of Deloitte’s SAP Concur offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with 10+ years in SAP, ERP, SAP Concur, spend management, or consulting * 8+ years SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * Experience supporting 4+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations, including 2+ SAP Concur implementations * Experience leading 2+ implementations or major workstreams in a primary delivery role (1+ SAP Concur) * Hands-on configuration with SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice; experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component financials * Experience supporting travel-and-expense and accounts-payable processes, policy/compliance/audit controls, and corporate card programs * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
