Solution Architect - Agentic AI & Data

Experteer Overview As an AI Solution Architect at TCS, you will design end-to-end architectures for autonomous, agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs and multi-agent collaboration. You’ll shape client-ready blueprints, lead workshops, and guide delivery teams to build scalable, responsible AI solutions across industries. This client-facing role blends technical leadership with strategic consulting to drive impactful AI transformations. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders and travel as needed to align architecture with business goals. Compensation / Benefits * Define end-to-end architecture for AI systems with autonomous agents and LLM components * Lead client workshops to translate business problems into AI architecture blueprints * Design multi-agent framework orchestration including communication and fail-safes * Outline integration with existing enterprise ecosystems for scalability and resilience * Incorporate prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation into designs * Provide technical leadership in delivery, prototyping, and high-level issue resolution * Tailor architectural decisions to industry requirements balancing reuse and adaptation * Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate into architecture standards * Engage with client technology leaders, present architectures, and review designs * Embed ethical and safe design practices from architecture stage onward Tasks * AI/ML Solution Architecture experience in an enterprise context * Deep technical knowledge of ML/AI techniques, especially Generative AI and LLMs * Knowledge of multi-agent system patterns and frameworks * Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG methods * Strong AI ethics and responsible AI understanding with mitigation planning * Cloud and distributed systems expertise * Data management knowledge including pipelines, databases, and data lakes * Experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and message brokers * CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and MLOps familiarity * Security, IAM, encryption, and compliance tools awareness * Ability to lead discussions with executives and engineers; strong stakeholder management * Consulting or client-facing background and requirement-gathering skills * Creative problem-solving and willingness to innovate with AI agents * Commitment to continuous learning through research or hands-on experimentation * Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language * Knowledge of data platforms (SQL/NoSQL) and modern data processing Key requirements *
