  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and firmware issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and any additional customer-required clearances, * Experience integrating and testing complex electronic systems
  • Knowledge of EOIR systems, sensors, optics, RF systems, or electronic warfare technologies
  • Experience with:
  • Design Verification Testing (DVT)
  • Environmental Qualification Testing
  • EMI/EMC Testing
  • Familiarity with DOORS and Verification Cross-Reference Matrices (VCRMs)
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
  • Understanding of systems engineering principles and test methodologies
  • Experience developing and executing integration and test plans
  • Programming or scripting experience with MATLAB, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar languages
  • Experience creating and executing automated test scripts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance preferred
