IT Operations Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and scale our IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing organization. You will work closely with the corporate IT team to provide frontline technical support, onboarding/offboarding, and issue resolution across systems, networks, and devices. You will help shape IT processes and ensure secure, reliable access for all employees. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to impact daily productivity and security in a high-demand environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization * Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support; escalate complex issues * Assist with user onboarding and offboarding * Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware * Create and improve IT processes and procedures Tasks * 3+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support * Experience with Google Workspace, or other Active Directory systems * Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac * Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches, access points) * Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS applications * Ability to operate in high pressure situations, manage multiple priorities, and stay disciplined while remaining flexible * Experience creating IT processes and procedures * CompTIA Security+ certification * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance Key requirements * base salary * equity * comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance * 401k retirement benefits with employer match * learning and wellness stipends * paid time off
