Sr. IT Manager - Applications

Experteer Overview As Head of IT, you will lead a medium-to-large IT team to deliver on strategic goals, improving processes, governance, and digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket. You’ll partner with business leaders to translate vision into a 1-year roadmap, manage budgets, and drive IT initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational agility. You’ll coach leaders, foster a people-first culture, and ensure policy compliance and measurable IT performance. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at Oshkosh Delivery.
