Technical Product Manager - Salesforce CRM Platform

Experteer Overview As Technical Product Manager for the Salesforce CRM Platform, you will shape the product vision, roadmap, and execution to enable customer engagement and end-to-end CRM-enabled processes at scale. You will collaborate with commercial, marketing, service, data, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered, integrated Salesforce solutions that drive platform modernization and long-term CRM value. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide CRM strategy in a complex, regulated environment. You will mentor peers and lead cross-functional delivery to improve adoption, data quality, and governance. Compensation / Benefits * Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM platform and related capabilities * Partner with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into product outcomes * Manage the Salesforce CRM platform as a strategic enterprise product balancing demand, sustainability, UX, and scalability * Lead discovery and prioritization for CRM enhancements across onboarding, account, lead, opportunity, service workflows, and engagement processes * Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and backlog items * Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, integration teams, and QA * Drive improvements in configuration, customization, integrations, data quality, workflow automation, reporting, and adoption * Coordinate with enterprise architecture and engineering on modernization, release planning, and debt reduction * Ensure CRM integrates with marketing automation, data platforms, ERP, MDM, service tools, and analytics * Use metrics and feedback to guide roadmap and continuous improvement * Support Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communications * Ensure governance, privacy, security, and data stewardship in regulated environments * Manage external vendors and global delivery teams where applicable * Mentor team members and contribute to CRM product management governance Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 8+ years in product management or enterprise applications * Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, integrations, and release lifecycle * Experience managing enterprise CRM products or large Salesforce initiatives in complex organizations * Ability to translate business goals into scalable CRM product solutions and delivery plans * Experience working with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineering, UX, data, compliance, and operations * Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills * Familiarity with Agile product delivery methods and backlog management Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision care * wellness programs * backup dependent care * adoption assistance * family building support * paid parental leave and caregiver leave
