Software Engineer Senior Manager (Remote)

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineering Sr. Manager at The Home Depot, you lead blended teams of systems and software engineers to deliver a stable, automated connectivity infrastructure. You own two connected mandates: automating networking systems and designing/operating traffic management platforms (Layer 4/7) that connect applications across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You focus on a low-friction engineer experience and apply Platform and SRE practices to balance reliability, developer experience, and cost. You drive innovation, people leadership, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to enable scalable, secure software delivery.
