Experteer Overview As Lead Engineer on the CoCounsel Applications team, you will deliver full-stack solutions with hands-on coding across React, TypeScript, and Python, while shaping external integration strategy using MCP and A2A tooling. You will set technical standards, ensure performance and accessibility, and mentor peers to build scalable, customer-facing features. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, and platform partners to translate requirements into cohesive experiences and AI-powered capabilities. This role combines technical leadership with system-wide impact, influencing architecture and delivery from development through production.
