Network Infrastructure Engineer

We build and operate enterprise and ISP networks using BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN and VRFs.

• We administer Linux servers, VMware virtualization and container platforms.
• We deploy SD-WAN solutions and improve network performance and security.
• We automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Git and Python.
• We monitor, troubleshoot and improve live production environments.
• We occasionally travel to customer or project locations.
• We support learning through mentoring, hands-on training and industry certifications.
• We work on networking, Linux, SD-WAN, cloud and automation in international projects.

We require a Bachelors degree or equivalent working and thinking level.

• We are looking for 1-4 years of experience in networking, infrastructure or systems engineering.
• We need a good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and network security.
• We require experience with Linux and an interest in automation.
• We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We require good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• We prefer Cisco CCNA certification, or the ambition to obtain it.
• We prefer candidates who have a solid technical foundation and are eager to learn.
• HBO is required.
• We require 1 year of experience in netwerkinfrastructuur, routing, switching, firewalls, TCP/IP, network security and network monitoring.
• We prefer 1 year of experience in Linux and automation.
• English is required.
• Dutch is preferred.
• We require authorization to work in Nederland.
