SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, you will implement and configure payroll solutions for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value. You’ll lead workstreams, maintain delivery quality, and foster strong client relationships. The role combines hands-on delivery with team leadership to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. You will contribute to Deloitte’s HR Strategy & Technology mission to transform the workforce experience and drive HR effectiveness. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for client engagements * Collaborate with project teams to achieve outcomes * Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams * Maintain hands-on involvement to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy * Build and sustain client and project team relationships Tasks * 4+ years configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations * Ability to travel 0-50% depending on client needs * Bachelor’s degree * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
