Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Technical Integrations

Experteer Overview As a Delivery Consultant in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services HR Strategy & Technology practice, you help clients implement Oracle Cloud HCM and related data, reporting, and integrations to transform HR operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and validate integrations, data migrations, and analytics, enabling accurate HR processes and compliance. This role centers on delivering high-quality technical solutions within Deloitte Center delivery, supporting go-lives, and stabilizing post-production. You will work in a hybrid model with travel, contributing to impactful HR technology programs at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and/or reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces, middleware, data mapping, and end-to-end validation * Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support * Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational/compliance reports, and validating data quality and usability * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; assist testing, go-live, and stabilization Tasks * 2+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions * 1+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and/or reporting for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Hybrid work model and willingness to travel up to 10% overnight * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
