Cloud Security Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you help secure client Azure cloud environments as part of the Cloud Cyber Risk team. You design, implement, and review cloud security controls across governance, identity, app and infra security, and AI security to support secure digital transformation. You’ll work with clients to assess requirements, deliver architecture and remediation guidance, and contribute to practice development. This position offers growth in Microsoft cloud security services and cross-functional collaboration with delivery teams. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, platform security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Conduct cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews in Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments * Engage with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and propose secure configurations and remediation actions * Produce project deliverables such as assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, and practice development for Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 2+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or cloud security implementation in Azure * 2+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid cloud * 2+ years designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 2+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 2+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience architecting security on Microsoft Azure including controls for Azure AI services like Foundry or OpenAI (data protection, IAM, model scanning) * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel up to 50% on average * reliable accommodations for disability in recruiting process * competitive compensation range ($82,600 - 162,800) * career development and mentorship opportunities * inclusive culture
