Job description
Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a leading organization in the electronic components and connectivity solutions industry for a permanent position based out of Valley Green, PA. The Technical Program Manager will oversee complex new product initiatives and serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals., * Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex product development programs from concept through launch
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent updates on timelines, requirements, and overall project status
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and drive completion of critical action items to maintain schedules
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables and address resource needs
- Monitor project financials, manage scope adjustments, and implement risk mitigation strategies to meet cost and timeline objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and product specifications
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
