Designer / Art Director

Creative Execution: Design and conceptualize cross-channel communicationprojects - from websites and digital campaigns to print materials, brochures,and branding systems.

Brand Development: Evolve existing CI/CDs or create newdesign systems that bring brands to life across digital and physicaltouchpoints.

Strategic Design: Understand brand positioning andtranslate strategy into compelling visual identities and communication.

Collaboration: Work closely with clients, strategists, UXdesigners, and developers to ensure a consistent, high-quality brandexperience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a creative or brandingagency, or in-house design team - ideally with a focus on brand communication.

Education: Degree in Communication Design or a relatedfield.

Languages: Strong communication skills in both English andGerman.

Brand Passion: A deep interest in branding, design systems,and digital storytelling - with a sharp eye for consistency and visual detail.

Digital Mindset: Confidence in working across digitalecosystems, social media, and UI/UX collaboration.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with platforms like Frontify is a plus.
