Experteer Overview Lead the data engineering for Agilent’s Intelligence Fabric data plane, delivering certified, semantic data products and governance.You’ll drive scalable data platforms that support both analytics and AI workloads, partnering with domain owners to define data contracts, lineage, and observability.You’ll coach a team of AI Data Engineers and shape standards for data models, pipelines, and management frameworks.This role offers impact across BI, agentic AI, and product-level data governance in a fast-evolving field.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Design, develop, and implement modular data models, pipelines, and management frameworks for structured and unstructured data - Oversee certified, versioned data products and semantic models with clear data contracts and governance - Manage Asset Registry, lineage, and data-quality signals as the home for data products - Support lakehouse, vector, and graph foundations to enable grounded agent behavior - Lead cross-functional collaboration and talent development within the data engineering team - Guide implementation of AI-driven data curation and metadata generation by agent workloads - Ensure data reliability, efficiency, quality, compatibility, and accessibility across platformsResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent - 10+ years of leadership experience in people, projects, and/or programs - Experience building enterprise data platforms serving production AI systems (not just analytics) - Familiarity with semantic layers, ontologies, or knowledge representation at scale - Deep knowledge of lakehouse, vector, and graph technologies; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent multi-cloud platforms - Experience operating data contracts, lineage, and certification models in regulated industries; life sciences or GxP exposure is a plus - Curiosity about AI and its pitfalls; lifelong learning and willingness to reinvent toolkitRequisitos principales - bonus eligibility - stock - benefits - full-time - discretionary pay range - career development opportunities
